Sticky note scan algorithm scans multiple sticky notes with text and compiles the text into our software. The difference between Evernote and Sticky Note Scan is that we have Sticky note scan software developed on PC platform to use along with scanners, but are under development to compete with Evernote App on smartphones. Our App under development also utilizes smartphone camera on iPhone, Android, Windows 8, and Symbian phones to extract text from sticky notes and upload sticky notes into the Cloud. With competitors such as evernote, which also has an App to do similar function. What separates sticky note scan is that we scan the sticky notes via scanner, but also utilize smartphone cameras. Sticky note scan is the only company in the market with software to be downloaded via PC platform to utilize your scanner.

Sticky notes can be used for pretty much anything you want to advertise. It’s estimated that more than 20 billion sticky notes are produced each year – the vast majority placed on the front page of newspapers. A common shape for sticky notes is a 3” x 3” square, however, they can be cut into more eye-catching shapes like a circle, heart, star or house. The ability to apply and reposition sticky notes anywhere is beneficial not only to the advertiser and publisher, but also to the reader since he or she can save the sticky note for later use.
